Kimberly Shaughnessy, Esq.

Since graduating from University of New Hampshire School of Law as a member of the Daniel Webster Scholar Honors Program, Kim has focused her practice in all areas of family law. She is a member of the Women's Bar Association, Vice Chair of the Family Law Section of the New Hampshire Bar, and a DOVE Volunteer. She was awarded the Pro Bono Program Rising Star award in 2019 for her dedication to assisting low income client’s in their family law matters.

Attorney Shaughnessy takes great pride in fully advising her clients of their rights, ensuring they understand the process, and assisting them in reaching their desired outcomes to the fullest extent possible under the law. Attorney Shaughnessy resides in Southern New Hampshire and enjoys all the state has to offer from the mountains to the seacoast.
