Krista has been working with Attorney Brian Shaughnessy for over 28 years. Over the years, she has been a valuable member of the team assisting with landlord/tenant matters. Currently, Krista can be found assisting Attorneys Brian Shaughnessy, Raiche, and Allard with landlord tenant cases. Krista is well versed in the eviction process as well as landlord’s obligations and tenants’ rights. Krista is typically the first point of contact for a client’s landlord tenant needs and she is able to skillfully elicit the information that will be crucial for the attorneys to proceed in assisting the client with their case. Kelly Courounis has many years of expertise preparing closing documents and facilitating real estate closings. She is also an experienced title abstractor, and conducts thorough title examinations in order to determine any potential problems with the title and to issue title insurance policies to clients. Kelly works with clients, in conjunction with Attorneys Brian Shaughnessy, Raiche, and Allard to ensure transactions run smoothly and the client’s rights and assets are protected from start to finish. Jordan joined the firm in February 2023. She is a valuable member of the landlord tenant team, and supports Attorneys Brian Shaughnessy, Raiche, and Allard with landlord tenant cases. Jordan assists by drafting notices, writs, and other documents, preparing exhibits and files for hearings, and by coordinating with clients and the courts to ensure that the process runs as smoothly as possible.
